2 Account Registration

Each person may register only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, the same mobile number, or the same bank account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Age Requirement

4 Account Management

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Bonuses and Promotions
lv666 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, meaning the bonus must be wagered 20 times before winnings can be withdrawn.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. In this case the wagering requirement would be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
6.1 Important Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
- The deposited amount cannot be withdrawn either until the wagering requirement is met.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — restrictions may apply to certain games or categories.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
- lv666 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
6.2 VIP Program
The lv666 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net losses for that week.
Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
7 Gaming Rules
All games displayed on lv666 are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.). The results of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
7.1 Technical Errors
If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, lv666 reserves the right to declare that round void. Any winnings resulting from an error are not valid and the relevant bet will be refunded.
